Our production

Precision work by a carpenter

Wherever you see the STUDIOBOX label, you can be sure of quality craftsmanship. The result of good, old-fashioned handicraft from start to finish. Production takes place in carpentry workshops at two European locations – one in Germany and the other in Austria. This means that even large quantities can be delivered quickly and on time.

Handcrafted woodworking, state-of-the-art technology, and serial production are not mutually exclusive – quite the opposite. Only this combination can achieve the highest possible, lasting quality. A high degree of precision and a large vertical range of manufacture are standard.

Before delivery, each cabin is assembled and thoroughly checked at our factory – from functionality and appearance to workmanship quality.

Load-bearing structure & Co. made of solid wood

The load-bearing structure of your ROSI is made entirely of solid wood (fir/spruce). This also applies to parts of the wall and ceiling structures. The rest – right down to the insulation material – consists of engineered wood products. Without exception (apart from window glass, fittings/screws, and seals 😊).

The wood for the cabin comes almost exclusively from the Styrian forest region or other regions of Austria, 48 percent of whose land area is covered by forest - and this figure is rising.

What does this mean for the climate and the environmental footprint?
